OUR HEALING VOICES Episode 25 - Kamra - "Activating Magic"

About this conversation

Kamra is a revolutionary. They/m have been inspiring me for over a decade. They created Activation Residency, which is an artist residency, owned & operated by a black trans person, in service of working class artists. It's been in operation since 2018. It was born out of a need for survival, and a need to feel a sense of belonging.

Kamra and I first met when Kamra was in my high school classroom. I was in awe of Kamra then, and the appreciation continues today! If you choose to listen to our conversation here, I believe you will be thankful, challenged, and empowered to activate magic & spread love in your own life.
