About
Our Healing Voices is a podcast of conversations with people who are engaged in their own self-healing. Aaron Lahman hosts. The people who sit down with him talk about what they have lived through and what they are still working on — grief, love, the body, parenthood, resilience, purpose. Nothing here is a programme or a method. Each conversation is one person's account of their own path, told in their own words, and it is offered in the belief that hearing someone say it out loud can matter to someone else.
The host
Aaron Lahman is in awe of humans. That is where this show starts. He is drawn to people who are healing, to people who care about the Earth, to people who love people — and he asks them about it. He listens more than he instructs. He has also brought his own grief, his own new fatherhood, and his own healing into the feed rather than keeping the microphone pointed only outward.
